Accommodation:       Situated on the ground floor, the apartment (120 mq) can sleep a maximum of 10 persons. Very large sitting room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, chimney pot, parking space within the property.

Location:                    The apartment is situated at about 13 km from Tivoli, well-known for its proximity to the ancient Villa d’Este ( www.villadestetivoli.info ) and the Ancient Roman Villa Adriana (www.villa-adriana.net ); 6 km from Bagni di Tivoli, famous for its thermal spa; 6 km from the underground (line B) to reach Rome downtown.

Prices for IPA members are:

• € 200,00 per day to be used for parties and meetings;

• € 25,00 per person per night.

The flat is fully equipped, but for towels.

Small pets by arrangement only.
