Summary Description:

Mr. Angelo Longo (I.P.A. Member) rents to a special price for I.P.A. members and their relatives a small well furnished flat at Giardini Naxos, little town at about 4 km from Taormina, famous historic and tourist place in the East part of Sicily, reachable by bus or cableway.

The flat is open-plan with air conditioning and with cooking facilities, 1 double bed and 1 single sofa bed. Separate bathroom with shower.

Close to beach ( 50 metres ) and a good selection of shops.

Besides few kilometres there are some tourist attractions like Etna Volcano, Alcantara Gorges, Siracusa and Catania cities etc.

SUPPLEMENT and REDUCTION:

Euro 10,00 (per person/per day) single use supplement

Euro 10,00 (per person/per day) reduction for third person using single bed-sofa

Children less then 6 years old sleeping on single bed sofa pay just for laundry.

Euro 15,00 supplement for final flat cleaning.

Bed linen and towels are available on demand for Euro 3,00 (per person/per week) for laundry.

Booking postal order is not refunded in case of cancellations into the previous 10 days from the arrival if flat remains free.

A Euro 150,00 deposit is required on arrival and refunded on leaving to guarantee possible damages.

Giardini Naxos is reachable by train and plane; the nearest Airport (Catania Fontanarossa) is 40 km far from Giardini Naxos, with connections by bus or train from Catania railway station.
